In case you wish to return an item, please see below for details and instructions of Magali Pascal return policy and procedures.

Full Price Items are eligible for a full refund or online store credit.

Items Purchased on Sale are eligible for online store credit ONLY. Final Sale Items (which are discounted 50% or more) cannot be returned.

  • RETURN TERMS & CONDITIONS

    Please be informed:

    • All items must be in their original condition; unworn, unused, unwashed, with the tags still attached. All returns are accepted at the discretion of our team.
    • Any item/s returned without their tags will not be accepted. Swimwear must be returned in original condition with the hygiene sticker and tags still attached, and due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on jewellery.
    • Return requests must be submitted at the latest 14 days after receiving your orders.
    • Full Price Items purchased using a Gift Card cannot be refunded, and will only be eligible for Gift Card.
    • The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer, we do not refund any shipment-related cost.
    • MAGALI PASCAL cannot be held liable for the loss of garments being returned. We recommend sending your item/s back using a prepaid service that offers tracking.


    In the unlikely case you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please email online@magalipascal.com immediately (within 14 days after receiving your orders) and provide your order number with RELEVANT photos/videos of the item(s) in question along with a detailed description of your concern. The photos/videos are mandatory. They are subject to evaluation by our QC team. Claims with irrelevant imagery/no imagery/unclear imagery will not be processed. If deemed necessary by our QC team, you may be asked to provide additional videos of the product(s) in question for further investigation purposes.

  • HOW TO RETURN

    If your return meets our conditions outlined above, please follow the below steps to lodge your return:

    1. Access our returns app here.
    2. Follow the steps outlined within the app.
    3. Fill in and include your returns form, if you do not have this, please include your name and order number.

    4. Once your return has been received at our Sydney warehouse, our returns team will process it within 3-5 business days.
    5. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.
    6. Australian Customers are able to create, purchase and print a return label through our returns portal.

     

    For international returns, 

    • Please email online@magalipascal.com within 14 days of receiving your order to to process your return.
    • Your return can be sent via a courier of your choice and this method does not need to be express. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer, we do not refund the cost of shipping. We recommend using a service that is trackable.
    • If the value of your order being returned exceeds $1,000 AUD, you will be charged import duties & taxes. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
